Middle-aged, Unemployed at 39 in China: I Earned My First Side Hustle Income

Why am I celebrating today_.jpg
I've been unemployed for 18 months. Following suggestions from viewers, I started taking online video editing jobs. After three months with zero inquiries, I finally got my first order this month.
This small win is worth celebrating, so I planned to treat myself to my favorite beef dish.
The cheap beef isn't great in quality, but it still made me happy since I haven't had beef for nearly half a year.
This experience taught me a valuable lesson: never believe you cannot make it before you even take the first step.
Be brave to take that first move, and you might receive an unexpected surprise.
